5a molecular sieve
概述
5a分子筛，又名钙a型分子筛，无毒、无臭、不燃烧、不爆炸、不溶于水和有机溶剂，但溶于强酸和强碱。其孔径约为5×10-10m，可吸附任何小于该孔径的分子，它除具有3a、4a分子筛所具有的功效外，还可吸附c3-c4正构烷烃、氯乙烷、溴乙烷、丁醇等，可应用于正异构烃分离、变压吸附分离及水和二氧化碳的共吸附。5a分子筛还具有离子交换能力和催化活性，对水有极大的亲和力，在较高的温度下仍有很好的吸附能力，其对某些有机气相反应具有良好的催化作用。远影生产的5a分子筛具有吸附速度快、再生次数多、抗碎强度高，抗污染能力强，寿命长等特点。
生产
把水玻璃、偏铝酸钠、氢氧化钠按一定摩尔比混合反应（一般为al2o3:sio2:na2o:h2o=1:2:3:185），温度控制在40℃以上，并强烈搅拌，反应生成的凝胶升温至102℃±2℃，并在此温度恒温静态结晶，经过滤洗涤，加入氯化钙进行离子交换（交换度70％），再经过滤洗涤、烘干、加入黏合剂捏合、成型，最后经灼烧活化制得5a分子筛。
用途
1、气体和液体的深度干燥和净化。氮气的纯化，氢气及氢气烧结炉的净化。
2、通过一个选择性的吸附过程，从支键烃及环状烃中分离出正烷属烃，目前在工业上用于大规模的压烷烃分离过程；
3、石油、石油气和天然气干燥、脱硫、脱二氧化碳；
4、氮氧分离、氮氢分离，制取氧、氮和氢；
5、石油脱腊，可用作以蒸汽为脱附剂的脱蜡技术中的吸附剂。

insoluble in water and organic solvents, but soluble in strong acid and strong

production
let sodium aluminate,
sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide hybrid reaction according to certain molar
ratio (normally al2o3:sio2:na2o:h2o=1:2:3:185), keeping temperature>40℃,
with violent stirring, heating up reaction gel to102℃±2℃,
remain this temperature till static crystallization, then filtration washing,
adding calcium chloride for ion exchange (exchange 70%), then filtration
washing, drying, adding adhesives kneading, molding, finally burning activating

application
1. the depth desiccation
and purification of gases and liquids, purification of nitrogen, hydrogen,
cleaning hydrogen sintering furnace
2. through a selective
adsorption process, isolated n-alkane from branched-chain hydrocarbon and
cyclic hydrocarbon, currently in industry used for large-scale pressure alkane
separation process
3. desiccation,
desulfurization, removal of carbon dioxide for petroleum, petroleum gas and

regeneration
1. moisture removal:
according to pressure, temperature and water of regenerate gas. normally 200～350℃ dry
gas under 0.3～0.5kg/cm
through molecular sieve bed layer 3-4 hours, exit temperature 110～180℃,
then cooling.
2. removing organic
matter: used vapour instead of organic matter, then repeat step 1.
